77abr Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 77abr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 77abr website available at 77abr.org and all services offered through it. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

77abr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the 77abr Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have an active self-exclusion arrangement in place.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

77abr performs age verification checks at registration and may request supporting documentation (such as a national ID card or passport) at any time. Accounts where age verification fails will be suspended immediately and any funds held pending investigation. Players found to have registered while underage will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of 77abr services, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires a valid mobile number or email address along with the creation of a secure password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information if it changes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77abr account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 77abr will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77abr support immediately at [email protected].

Account Closure

You may request closure of your 77abr account at any time by contacting support. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. 77abr reserves the right to close or suspend accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any other 77abr policy.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person under the age of 21.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

77abr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods available in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 77abr does not accept third-party payments — all deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name, and all withdrawals will be returned to the same account used for the original deposit.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated at the time of transaction. 77abr reserves the right to adjust transaction limits for individual accounts based on account history, verification status, and responsible gaming considerations.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions before processing:

• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus forfeited prior to withdrawal.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed and approved.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

77abr processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within 24 hours of approval. Delays may occur during periods of high volume, on public holidays, or if additional verification is required. 77abr is not liable for delays caused by the payment service provider.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

77abr offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus or associated winnings not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• 77abr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited to a player account will be honoured subject to their stated terms.

77abr monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or any other conduct that 77abr determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, 77abr may void the bonus and any associated winnings and may close the relevant account.

6 Responsible Gaming

77abr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be entertainment, and 77abr takes seriously its obligation to provide tools and support to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above.

Player-Controlled Limits

All registered players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time limits directly from their account at any time. Limits can be decreased immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. This cooling-off period is a mandatory safeguard and cannot be waived.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is deactivated and the player will not receive any promotional communications from 77abr. Reality Checks

77abr provides optional session reminders that alert you to how long you have been playing. These reminders can be enabled from your account settings and will appear at intervals you choose. Players are encouraged to take regular breaks and to view their session history, available at any time from the account dashboard.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 77abr Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by 77abr.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods. Any deposits made using such methods will be reversed and the account will be permanently closed.
• Money laundering or any activity that 77abr has reasonable grounds to suspect constitutes a criminal offence or is in breach of applicable laws.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 77abr Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of 77abr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 77abr.

The 77abr name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 77abr. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the 77abr trademark or any other trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name of 77abr.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77abr shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or any other financial loss. 77abr's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 77abr account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77abr does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 77abr will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any interruption or unavailability caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, acts of God, or government action.

10 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 77abr operates. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform or any transaction, you should contact 77abr support in the first instance at [email protected]. 77abr will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with 77abr support, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before resorting to any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

77abr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 77abr.org/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 77abr uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties.

77abr may be required to share player information with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units where required by applicable law or where 77abr has a reasonable suspicion of criminal activity. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable legal requirements and, where possible, without prior notification to the player concerned.

12 Amendments and Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 77abr to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 77abr with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
